"For years, I felt unanchored, unsure of who I really was or what direction my life was taking." If you asked me to describe myself, my answer would depend on who I was with, where I was living, or what role I was playing at the time. I could be the driven entrepreneur one month, the nurturing caretaker the next, the adventurous free spirit the month after that. My identity was like a chameleon, always shifting and adapting. On the outside, it looked like I was confident and in control. On the inside, I felt lost. I chased jobs, relationships, and locations thinking they would give me a sense of “home” inside myself. I said yes to opportunities because they were offered, not because they felt aligned. I built other people’s dreams and followed other people’s definitions of success, all while quietly wondering why my own purpose felt so unclear. |
Everything began to shift in 2006 when I had my very first
astrology session with a professional astrologer.
I still remember it vividly. I drove two hours to meet her for a two-hour session, and my life has never been the same since. For the first time, I felt truly seen and understood, and I was given a language for things I had felt my entire life but could never explain.
That session planted a seed that ultimately led me to the work I've been doing for the past 15 years as a Soul Alignment Coach. I dove deep into studying astrology and, years later in 2014, I began working with human design as well.
These tools didn’t just give me information. They gave me a framework for self-understanding that allowed me to see my patterns clearly, make choices from a place of alignment, and stop losing myself in other people’s expectations.
Over time, I learned how to trust myself, even when I didn’t have all the answers. I learned to recognize when I was living according to someone else’s vision. I began making decisions that felt right in my bones, not just right on paper. And I finally felt grounded in who I was, even though I was still evolving.
